Paul Zilkey - President and Co-Founder
He has a rich 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance - Debt and Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions. He is a Healthcare finance expertise - particularly in dental practice and pharmacy sectors. He Builds, Strategizes, Implements, Restructures, Transacts, Negotiates at the CEO/CFO/VP level. He is also a Debt Fund Founder and CEO - mid-market Technology and Entertainment sectors. Kevin Melnyk - CPA, CFA – CFO and Co-Founder
He has a rich 30 years of experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking. He is a Partner in a mid-market Private Equity Fund and is responsible for raising funds and investing. His major interests include Acquisition and Divestiture structuring, negotiation, and closing.Other sectors of expertise include Corporate Private Board experience.
